Natasha Osawaru Addresses Allegations of Using Traditional Beads to Control Tuface

Natasha Osawaru Addresses Allegations of Using Traditional Beads to Control Tuface

Nigerian singer Tuface Idibia has been caught in a wave of controversy following claims that his new lover, Natasha Osawaru, is using traditional beads to exert spiritual control over him. The accusations were notably fueled by his mother, Rose Idibia, who reportedly stated that Tuface was under Natasha’s spell due to the beads he has been wearing.

However, in a recent interview with Stella Korkus, Natasha Osawaru broke her silence, debunking all allegations and clarifying the true significance of the beads.

According to Natasha, the beads are not diabolical and have no spiritual implications. Rather, they are cultural artifacts of deep sentimental value, which she received as birthday gifts from her family.

“Those beads were my birthday gifts. They represent a princess from a royal family. You know I’m from the Igbinedion Royal Family. My mum gave me three nice beads on my last birthday. They call it ‘EZENEKA,’ which means ‘River that never runs dry,’” she explained.

She further revealed that one of the beads Tuface wore was a gift from her grandfather, who was once a knight to the Queen of England. The bead itself was a precious item given to her grandfather by the Queen when she was alive.

Addressing the rumors about using the beads for mystical purposes, Natasha stated:

“So they are just traditional beads, and he just wore them because he likes them. They are not diabolical and also they don’t contain juju. I didn’t wear them on him, he chose to wear them, and if you observe you will notice that he likes beads a lot and he has been wearing several before now.”

Opinion: When Culture Meets Superstition

This incident highlights the ongoing clash between cultural heritage and superstitious beliefs. It’s not uncommon for traditional accessories to be misinterpreted, especially when worn by popular figures like Tuface.

However, the accusations seem to be fueled by bias and misconceptions rather than reality. If the beads indeed hold nothing but sentimental and cultural value, then the backlash against Natasha Osawaru is entirely unfair.

At the end of the day, celebrities often have to deal with their personal choices being scrutinized and twisted by the public. Perhaps this is just another case of someone’s innocent cultural expression being blown out of proportion.

What’s your take on the matter? Are people being too quick to judge, or should Tuface be more cautious with what he wears?
