Nigeria National League (NNL) side Sporting Lagos have confirmed the appointment of Jeffery Buter as their new head coach ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Buter, who previously served as assistant to former coach Shola Adegun, steps up to take charge following Adegun’s move to Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) outfit Plateau United.

The young tactician brings valuable credentials to the job, holding English FA and Scottish FA coaching licenses, while currently pursuing his UEFA C License.
