Royal Hugs Surprises CEO, Oluwatoyin Oyesanya, Welcomes First Child at 40 — “God Did It in His Own Time”
Oluwatoyin Deborah Oyesanya, the CEO and founder of Royal Hugs Surprises, has shared her touching story of faith, waiting, and divine timing after welcoming her first child at the age of 40.
Taking to her Instagram page, the popular surprise entrepreneur posted stunning maternity photos in a regal purple dress, symbolizing royalty and gratitude, as she joyfully announced the arrival of her long-awaited baby.
In her heartfelt caption, Oyesanya reflected on the emotional journey that led to this moment — a journey filled with prayers, fasting, tears, and laughter.
“I prayed, fasted, cried, laughed… It was a rollercoaster for me when my 40th birthday was approaching and I had no child. I said to God, I make people happy for a living, please make me genuinely happy, and guess what, my people, GOD DID IT. The world called it late, God called it MY TIME,” she wrote.
She concluded with a message of encouragement to other women still waiting for their miracle:
“Indeed, this year is a year for babies, and to everyone still waiting, I pray sooner than you think in Jesus’ name. Meanwhile, my favourite colour is now PURPLE.”
Opinion:
Oyesanya’s story is more than a personal testimony — it’s a reminder that life doesn’t run on society’s clock but on God’s timing. In a world where people are pressured by timelines and expectations, her joy at 40 beautifully redefines the meaning of “late.”
Her courage to share her vulnerability publicly makes her victory even more inspiring. As someone who has dedicated her career to making others smile, it’s poetic to see that her long-awaited smile finally came full circle.
In Oyesanya’s story, there’s a message for everyone — hope delayed isn’t hope denied. Sometimes, the most beautiful miracles come right on time, wrapped in faith and a touch of purple grace. 💜
