“It’s Do or Die!” — Katsina United Midfielder Emmanuel Okoko Declares War Ahead of Relegation Battle Clash Against Kwara United

“It’s Do or Die!” — Katsina United Midfielder Emmanuel Okoko Declares War Ahead of Relegation Battle Clash Against Kwara United

Emmanuel Okoko, midfield dynamo for Katsina United, has boldly declared that the Chanji Boys are ready to fight with everything they’ve got to avoid relegation as they host Kwara United in their final league match of the season at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium today.

“We are 100% ready for Kwara United today, we will do everything possible to make our fans happy,” Okoko said in an emotional pre-match interview with Nigerian Players Gallery.

“Everybody is going home with tears of joy, relegation will never be our portion… it’s a last dance at the Karkanda Stadium… we fear nobody.”

💭 Opinion: Passion Isn’t the Problem – Can It Match Performance?

There’s no doubt that Okoko’s words are charged with raw determination and home pride. But words, as beautiful and motivating as they are, must be backed by 90 minutes of grit, discipline, and execution.

Katsina United’s campaign has been rocky, and now the fate of the club hangs on a single match. Kwara United will not roll over either — they’ve got pride, possibly even top-half placement, to play for.

The question isn’t just about hope or hunger anymore. It’s about delivery.

Will the Chanji Boys rise to the occasion or crumble under the pressure?

🏟 What’s at Stake?

  • Win: Katsina United stays in the top flight.

  • Draw or Loss: Possible relegation nightmare.

  • 🎭 Outcome: A city holds its breath, hoping for a miracle.

📣 Fans’ Corner:
Will the Chanji Boys survive the drop?
Can Okoko and his teammates turn talk into triumph?
