"No Be Bullet, Na Stone" – Fuji Legend Pasuma Clears the Air After Osun Attack Scare

"No Be Bullet, Na Stone" – Fuji Legend Pasuma Clears the Air After Osun Attack Scare

Popular Fuji icon Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, also known as Oganla 1, has finally broken his silence following the recent viral video that showed his convoy being attacked in Ikire, Osun State.

The footage sparked widespread concern after a voice in the background shouted, “They carry guns and shoot us, see Pasuma’s car. But God dey.” Fans across the country were quick to express worry over the alleged shooting incident.

But in a recent live performance, Pasuma has come forward to clear the air, explaining that no guns were involved — only stones thrown by some unruly youths.

🗣️ Pasuma: “It Was Just Stones, No Shooting”

Speaking to his fans, Pasuma said:

“About what happened in Ikire, I have so many committed fans in Ikire, but there’s no town without such elements (thugs)…
Because of the large crowd, a screen TV was placed outside the hall for people to watch. But they refused and tried to force themselves in. When the security blocked them, some bad boys started stoning…
It was stones that broke the windscreen of my Hilux and Hummer bus. There was no shooting.”

💬 Opinion: When Street Love Becomes Too Much

Pasuma’s explanation sheds light on the thin line between fandom and frenzy. What should have been a night of celebration and community turned into chaos — not because of enemies, but because of overzealous fans and a few misguided individuals.

While it’s heartwarming to see how loved Pasuma is, no fan should endanger the life or property of the person they claim to admire. It’s a wake-up call for event organizers and communities alike to plan better, control crowds more effectively, and discourage violence in any form.

🙌 Fans React

Many fans took to social media to praise Pasuma for his calm and humble clarification:

🗨️ “Pasuma always handles things maturely. Respect to the legend.”
🗨️ “Abeg no let street love turn to street wahala.”
🗨️ “Good to know no life was lost. Let’s do better next time.”

🔚 Final Thoughts

Pasuma’s experience in Ikire reminds us of the responsibility that comes with fame — and the importance of fan discipline. Let’s protect our legends, not harm them in our excitement.

📢 What do you think about how this was handled? Should event security be tightened in local areas?
