Big Brother Bans Sultana from Alcohol, Issues Punishments to Other Housemates
The Big Brother house turned into a disciplinary ground on Tuesday as Biggie handed out a series of punishments to housemates for rule violations.
Sultana received a one-week ban from consuming alcohol—including the much-anticipated Saturday night party—after she urinated in fellow housemate Dede’s clothing box while intoxicated. Biggie described her actions as “unacceptable,” stressing that drunkenness was not an excuse.
“Sultana, alcohol is not an acceptable excuse. In your drunken state you almost damaged Big Brother’s floor and the property of your fellow housemate. You are hereby banned from consuming alcohol for one week including the parties,” Biggie declared.
Other punishments included a final warning to Kulture for openly displaying violent behavior and a double strike to Bright Morgan for misconduct toward fellow housemate Faith. Biggie warned Bright Morgan that one more strike would lead to immediate disqualification.
Opinion:
Reality shows thrive on drama, but there’s a fine line between entertainment and unacceptable behavior. Biggie’s swift and public response sends a clear message—house rules are not just for show.
Sultana’s punishment highlights a recurring theme in Big Brother: how alcohol often becomes the trigger for regrettable actions. The ban may feel like a dent in her social game, but it could also serve as a reality check on the importance of self-control in a house where every move is under the microscope.
As for the other housemates, the mixed punishments show that Big Brother is willing to be both firm and fair. In a game where the audience is as much the judge as Biggie, discipline might just be the difference between lasting in the house and an unceremonious exit.
