Influencer Verydarkman Threatens to Expose Pastors Amid Doris Ogala Arrest

Controversial Nigerian influencer and social critic, Verydarkman, has threatened to reveal what he claims is “scandalous evidence” against Pastor Chris Okafor of Grace Nation Bible Ministry and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, following the arrest of actress Doris Ogala.

In a video shared on his Instagram page on Sunday, Verydarkman called for Doris’s release before Tuesday, December 23, 2025, warning that failure to comply would trigger a public disclosure of alleged criminal evidence. He claimed the actress had already sent all relevant evidence to him prior to her arrest.

Doris is not as evil as the pastors that use her to cover atrocity. These so-called men of God hide under the name of Jesus Christ to take advantage of women, girls, boys, and married women… Please note that Doris was used; she was an accomplice. Everything she had on her phone is with me,” he stated.

Verydarkman further warned that, should Doris not be released by Tuesday, “hell will be let loose,” stressing that he had distributed the evidence to multiple individuals to safeguard it against confiscation.

The arrest of Doris Ogala on Saturday, December 20, 2025, followed her public accusations that Pastor Okafor failed to fulfill a marriage promise and that both he and Prophet Fufeyin were involved in silencing criminal cases, including the high-profile disappearance of a child named Testimony.

Opinion: The Perils of Power and Accountability

This unfolding saga highlights the delicate intersection of faith, influence, and accountability in Nigeria. Verydarkman’s bold stance underscores the growing demand for transparency and justice, particularly when influential figures may be implicated in alleged abuses.

At the same time, the situation raises important questions about due process, responsible use of social media, and the power of public opinion. While exposing wrongdoing is vital, ensuring that allegations are investigated fairly by competent authorities remains crucial to prevent misinformation or vigilante justice.

For Nigerians observing this drama, it is a reminder that accountability must transcend titles and positions, and that both civil society and law enforcement have a role in safeguarding justice while protecting the rights of all parties involved.

The coming days will reveal whether Doris Ogala is released and how authorities respond to Verydarkman’s warnings, potentially setting a precedent for how similar cases are handled in the future.
