In his post, Yul recalled the year 1998 when he was uncertain about which university to attend while filling out his JAMB form. Leo, who was already based in Port Harcourt, stepped in to advise his younger brother to choose the University of Port Harcourt so he could be close and look after him. True to his word, Leo personally took Yul to the university, helped him settle in, secured accommodation, and made sure he was comfortable before leaving him to begin his academic journey.

Yul also shared a heartfelt memory from 1999, when they were locked out of a friend’s house and had to sleep in a car. He recounted how Leo reassured him during that challenging moment, saying: "Life is tough, it won't always be easy, but you must be ready to adapt to any situation you find yourself in. Never panic. Take down your seat, we'll sleep in the car. Don't be afraid, I'm your elder brother, I'll protect you. Nothing will happen to you. I'll always be there for you."

For Yul, Leo Edochie has been a constant pillar of strength, guidance, and love. Concluding his tribute, Yul wrote, “I love you bro. Happy 55th birthday to you big brother. May God give you more life, good health, joy, more prosperity, peace and all other good things of life. Thank you for all you do.”
