Moses Bliss Breaks Silence on Alleged Rift with Ebuka Songs, Sets the Record Straight
Popular gospel musician, Moses Bliss, has finally addressed the swirling rumours about an alleged fallout with his former protege, Ebuka Songs.
TalkTalk Nigeria reports that fans had been buzzing with speculation over Ebuka’s quiet departure from Bliss’ record label, with many wondering if there was tension behind the scenes.
However, during a heartfelt conversation on the inaugural live edition of the ‘WithChude’ podcast, Bliss firmly shut down the rumors, calling them “false.”
“We’re humans, and you feel a certain way if people misconstrue your intentions. But I’m very concerned about impressing God. My intentions are very pure, and everything is born out of love," Bliss shared, emphasizing that he holds no grudge.
“Ebuka is a great guy. I think the world has not seen the best of him yet. With good mentors, he’s going to do even greater things. Seeing how he’s impacting lives today, my joy is full.”
Bliss’ mature and faith-centered response comes two months after Ebuka Songs publicly explained his reasons for parting ways with the label, also without any bitterness.
Our Opinion:
It’s refreshing to see true Christian brotherhood in action. Moses Bliss' response reflects a rare kind of grace and humility that's needed more in today's world — especially in the gospel music industry where egos can sometimes clash. His attitude reminds us that love, mentorship, and kingdom-mindedness should always come before personal pride. We celebrate both Moses Bliss and Ebuka Songs for showing that growth can happen without division. 🙏🎶
