Chelsea Begin 2026/27 Premier League Campaign With Fulham Clash as Full Fixture List Released

Chelsea FC will begin their 2026/27 Premier League campaign with a London derby against Fulham FC at Craven Cottage on Monday, August 24.

The fixture will mark the start of another season of high expectations for the Blues, who will be hoping to challenge for major honours and build on their progress in English football.

Chelsea’s first home match of the season comes five days later when they welcome Brighton & Hove Albion FC to Stamford Bridge on Saturday, August 29.

One of the earliest major tests for Chelsea arrives in September, with an away trip to face Arsenal FC on September 5, before clashes against several Premier League heavyweights throughout the season.

The Blues will face Manchester United FC at home on October 31, travel to Manchester City FC on December 12, and host Liverpool FC in December before facing the Reds again away in May.

The festive period could prove crucial, with Chelsea scheduled to play consecutive away fixtures against Coventry City FC and Ipswich Town FC before starting 2026 with a home meeting against Newcastle United FC.

Chelsea’s run-in features several important fixtures, including home games against Manchester City and Liverpool, an away trip to Tottenham, and the final league match of the season against Brentford at Stamford Bridge on May 30.

The full fixture list gives Chelsea a demanding schedule, with domestic cup commitments also adding to the pressure. The team’s ability to manage the busy calendar, especially around key Premier League clashes, could determine whether they remain in the race for silverware.
