Phyna Slams N500 Million Lawsuit on Carter Efe Over Alleged Defamatory Claims

Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has initiated a N500 million legal action against popular content creator Carter Efe over claims he made about her during a heated social media exchange.

"I know a lot of people say I've lost my self-respect... I think I finally realised that," she said.

Phyna explained that while she had endured various forms of criticism throughout her career, she considered allegations relating to her personal and sexual life to be unacceptable.

She revealed that the incident had convinced her to abandon social media confrontations in favour of pursuing legal remedies.

"This is the end of that Phyna because, at last, I'm finally learning how to use legal means," she stated, adding that her reactions in previous controversies often shifted public attention away from the original issues.

She concluded by confirming that Carter Efe and Davrel had officially been served with legal notices.

Carter Efe later acknowledged the lawsuit in a video, confirming that he had been sued for N500 million.
