Crown FC’s Micheal Adegbite Shines Bright — Wins NNL Player of the Month Award
Crown FC striker Micheal Adegbite has been crowned the Nigeria National League (NNL) Most Valuable Player for the month of November, following a run of brilliant performances for the Ogbomosho-based side.
The NNL confirmed his win on Tuesday, praising his consistency, creativity, and overall influence in Crown FC’s attack.
The forward registered three goals in just two games — enough to also earn him the top scorer of the month recognition.
The awards extended to other standout performers in the league:
Majayogbe Muyiwa (Crown FC) – Best Goalkeeper
Ogonyi Matthew Okpahe – Best Goal (for Doma United’s MD3 strike vs ABS FC)
Abdulwahab Jibrin – Best Referee
Najeeb Mabo – Best Coach
All award winners will be honoured next week in Abuja during the official presentation ceremony.
OPINION — Stars Are Rising in the NNL, and Adegbite Is Leading the Charge
What makes Adegbite’s story interesting is not just the goals — but the hunger behind every one of them.
In a league where recognition often gravitates toward the top flight, the NNL keeps producing talents who remind us that Nigeria’s football heartbeat is bigger than the Premier League spotlight.
Adegbite’s reward is more than a medal — it is a message:
Ambition lives in every corner of our football.
And if he keeps playing with this fire, the Super Eagles selectors may soon have no choice but to pay attention.
As the season continues, Nigerians should keep an eye on the Ajilete Warriors. With form like this, Crown FC may be writing a success story far bigger than November. Great things start with great momentum. 🔥⚽
