‘BBNaija Was a Mistake in My Life’ — Dee One Slams Reality Show, Takes Shots at White Money, Kiddwaya

Former Big Brother Naija housemate and comedian Dee One has stirred controversy once again, describing his participation in the reality TV show as “a mistake” that had “little impact” on his career.

In a recent interview, Dee One — who was evicted just 22 days into the 2018 Double Wahala edition — dismissed the influence of BBNaija, arguing that the platform has not guaranteed lasting success for many ex-housemates.

“Big Brother Naija was a mistake that happened in my life. Big Brother did not really help me like that. There are a lot of people who went to Big Brother Naija who today are struggling with what to eat,” he said.

The outspoken social media critic also aimed jabs at fellow ex-housemates, notably Season Six winner White Money, whom he suggested should focus on cooking rather than pursuing music.

“White Money knows about the jollof, but the music is not. Kiddwaya is not as rich as he portrays himself. Why is he living a fake life?”

Born Aderombi Adedayo Martin, Dee One has maintained a reputation for blunt opinions and online feuds, locking horns with celebrities like White Money, VeryDarkMan, Davido, and Phyna.
