Shooting Stars Sign Promise Awosanmi on Season-Long Loan from Sunshine Stars

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have bolstered their attacking options ahead of the new Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season with the loan signing of Promise Awosanmi from Sunshine Stars.

The 24-year-old striker joins the Oluyole Warriors on a season-long loan deal after a standout season in the Nigeria National League (NNL), where he emerged as Sunshine Stars' top scorer with five goals.

Awosanmi, who has already made 62 NPFL appearances since his promotion to Sunshine Stars’ senior team, brings top-flight experience, physical presence, and proven goal-scoring instincts to the Ibadan-based club.

A Fresh Start for a Proven Talent

Known for his movement off the ball and aerial strength, Awosanmi is expected to feature regularly for 3SC, as the club looks to improve on last season’s performance and push for a higher league finish.
